Quick and easy to make. The ingredients used in making this drink help boost metabolism and burn calories while you are sleeping.

Ingredients

  1. Cucumber
  2. Lemon
  3. Parsley leaves/ coriander
  4. Grated ginger
  5. water

Method

  1. Wash the vegetables. Cut the cucumber and parsley.
  2. Pour water in a glass and squeeze the lemon juice in.
  3. Add the cucumber,parsley and ginger.
  4. Pour the mixture in a blender and blend it.
  5. Use a sieve to filter the juice.
  6. Take this drink before bedtime for a week .

For best results, reduce the intake of fatty and sugary foods.
