This is one of the delicious and healthiest protein shake. It is so easy to make. You just need these few yummy ingredients to make it.

Ingredients

  1. Bananas (5fingers)
  2. Milk/Soy milk(1 cup)
  3. Peanut butter(2 teaspoon)
  4. Lime/Orange juice(1 teaspoon)

Method

  1. Peel bananas,cut and pour them into a blender.
  2. Add your milk /soy milk.
  3. Add peanut butter and lime or orange juice.
  4. Blend until smooth and serve.
