- Bananas (5fingers)
- Milk/Soy milk(1 cup)
- Peanut butter(2 teaspoon)
- Lime/Orange juice(1 teaspoon)
- Peel bananas,cut and pour them into a blender.
- Add your milk /soy milk.
- Add peanut butter and lime or orange juice.
- Blend until smooth and serve.
