Coca-cola is a carbonated soft drink manufactured by The Coca-Cola Company. Coca-cola was invented by pharmacist John Pemberton in 1886.
It has many different flavors and varieties of Coke over the years but this article will focus more on regular coke and coke zero.

What is coke made of?
A can or bottle of coke contains carbonated water, sugar,caffeine,phosphoric acid,caramel color,natural flavorings and caffeine.

Regular coke Vs. Coke zero
According to the coca-cola website, Coke Zero does not contain sugar or calories, so they have changed the name to Coca-Cola Zero Sugar to be as clear and descriptive as possible.
A 330ml can of coke , is 35 g of sugar amounts to about 7 teaspoons of sugar. There are no nutrients like protein,vitamins or fibre in coke.
This basically seems like we are drinking sugar and coloring however if you are diabetic you can drink coke zero.
The difference between regular coke and coke zero is the carb counts and calories.
There is no sugar in coke zero but what essential nutrients are in there? It has no nutritional value.
Have you ever been addicted to coke or knows someone who has been addicted?
Sometimes people conclude that the sugar or caffeine in coke is addictive but Coca-Cola has always denied this. If i am taking coke, i prefer to take the regular coke. From my own personal experience regular coke can be addictive.
