Banana Oats Smoothie
Start your day with this delicious and healthy smoothie.
- Yield: 1 serving
- Freeze banana: 1-2 hours (You can freeze it overnight if you will make the smoothie in the morning)
- Prep time : 2 minutes
Ingredients
- Banana (1 sliced and frozen)
- Rolled Oats (2 tablespoons)
- Greek yogurt (2 tablespoons)
- Milk (250 ml)
- Cinnamon (1\2 teaspoon)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Granola (optional)
Method
- Slice 1 banana and freeze
- In a blender, put frozen banana in blender
- Add 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
- Add 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
- Pour 250ml of milk
- Half teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Blend until smooth and enjoy.
