Banana Oats Smoothie

Start your day with this delicious and healthy smoothie.

  • Yield: 1 serving
  • Freeze banana: 1-2 hours (You can freeze it overnight if you will make the smoothie in the morning)
  • Prep time : 2 minutes


  • Banana (1 sliced and frozen)
  • Rolled Oats (2 tablespoons)
  • Greek yogurt (2 tablespoons)
  • Milk (250 ml)
  • Cinnamon (1\2 teaspoon)
  • Honey (2 tablespoons)
  • Granola (optional)


  • Slice 1 banana and freeze
  • In a blender, put frozen banana in blender
  • Add 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • Add 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
  • Pour 250ml of milk
  • Half teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Blend until smooth and enjoy.
